(Adding a PayPal or ClickBank Shopping Cart to Your Website)
Most Web Hosts have some kind of
shopping cart setup with their hosting plan. They usually entail a monthly
service charge around $25.00-$50.00 per month plus 2%-3% per transaction
(depending on the card used). If you are computer savvy this may be the best way
to go, but for most of you I presume you are a lot like me. It is easier to use
a third party company and have them handle the transactions for you, which
incurs a nominal per transaction fee. That is there is no monthly minimum
expense, you are only charged when you actually sell something.

Pay Pal is an excellent choice for
several reasons:

You do not have to develop or
upkeep a shopping cart. PayPal does all this for you with their easy online
instructions.

The whole world is very familiar
with PayPal so when they see that PayPal button they will feel comfortable
with their purchase knowing it will be secure.

People do not have to have a
PayPal account for you to except credit cards on your site. They just hit
the PayPal payment button and you are on auto-pilot.

Click Bank is also another
excellent choice. They charge you an upfront fee of $49.00 per product, plus
your products will have to be available for instant download, but this will
entail you to several benefits PayPal does not offer:

All your products will
automatically be included in ClickBank's own online store. You can make
money without people even visiting your website. This is why I use ClickBank
to sell my Web Templates packages.

They will run an affiliate
program for you. Let us say you have a product that you sell for $50.00. You
can put on their website that you will pay any affiliate who sell's your
product %25 commission. ClickBank will automatically take care of this for
you. You will have profits coming in from sources you do not even know
about.

They have an automatic encryption
code for your product download page. They have a code for php, perl,
and asp enabled web pages. What if I run only html? No problem, once you
have uploaded the page to your server just change the html extension to php
and use the php code.
